"NCIS Season 3 arrows forward with another excellent season filled with action and interesting character development. The team's emotions run the gamut as it rebuilds and reknits after losing a member, and Jethro is thrown into somewhat of a tailspin when the current Director is replaced by someone with whom he has history. The chance to see beneath the layers of the team to the hearts and minds within is just another selling point for this fine box set. Well worth adding to the collection."
