"I'm not one to buy television show seasons, but after i started watching gossip girl i had to buy it. Everyone i play it for LOVES it. it's truly one of my addictions, i love this and I am so happy to own the first and second season. This show is sassy and sexy. It has the ultimate edge, and the characters are phenomenal, i couldn't think of any actors better to play them. The first season is awesome, but the second season is just beyond words, i cannot wait for the third season, i cannot imagine how great it's gonna be. My opinion for people who want to buy the show, i would say watch it first on youtube or something, cause it's not a show everyone would like, but if you like the first episode, i guarantee you will love the whole two seasons."

"This is not the type of show I usually want to watch: I'm not much for teen angst and too many of these shows make way too much use of soap opera melodrama. But I tried this on a whim and was surprised how hooked I was by the end of the first episode. Don't get me wrong, there's definitely a good dose of soap opera melodrama and teen angst, but there's enough freshness to the show that I don't really mind. The characters are flawed and interesting without being annoying or willfully stupid. And there are a lot of family dynamics and issues that come into play. Which is not to say that this is a family show: I don't know that I'd even want my teenage sister watching this. But as an adult, I find myself fascinated as these characters, and their families, learn about themselves and each other."

"I love the acting and the characters. Season 1 was great, but Season 2 is awesome. I can't wait for season 3 to come out because it keeps getting better and better. I couldnt stop watching it. It kept me on my toes and I was sitting on the edge of my seat. Between the love scandals, the lies, the love, and the heartbreak, I loved it all. I have my favorite characters, and they kept me going through the whole season, {Chuck and Blaire}. I love those two...."
