"This is the first KV workout I've tried. I really like the efficiency of doing cardio and strength training in one workout. Also, on the DVD, you have the option of doing one full circuit of cardio/ST (45 minutes), a double circuit (77 minutes), or the cardio, upper body, and lower body sections individually. It's relatively easy to follow and the cardio sections have some fun moves. You only need 1 set of dumbbells and some floor space to do the workout."

"This particular version features many new and different scenes. I won't spoil them, but Kyle Reese does come out in one of them, originally cut out of the sequel entirely. Look for other scenes that were restored. A previous comment indicated that this film does not quite mesh with the time travel concept and in some ways that is correct. There have been many revamps and comics and novels describing all the what ifs, but i find with time travel movies, very few actually build a logical timeline of events, this one did pretty good and i don't see how you can have terminator 1 or 2 without the other. You must have both, they are worth it. Oh, the dvd rom features are glitchy at best, though it does come with an HD digital copy, its only on ROM and not downloadable, and the software is not fully compatible with vista, and its a RAM hog on xp. Just buy the blu ray version if you want high definition. The steel case is a nice touch for this dvd as well."
